Change Your Perspective!

Do you ever see photographs of artwork that look like this?

It’s not cropped because nobody wanted to chop off the corner of the piece. But, it doesn’t look very nice with all that background showing up either. Not to worry, the new perspective editing tool is here to save the artwork!

The new editing tool on our mobile versions will automatically find the corners of the artwork, as soon as the image is captured. When you proceed with the editing process, the tool will automatically square the piece! See for yourself!

If you want to see the process from start to finish, take a look at this short tutorial video found in our helpful resources for teachers!

  1. While I have used Artsonia for several years and find it very helpful the new page format has a problem. The artwork that represents our school is not selected by the Teacher and seems like it is selected at random. The artwork featured is not always the strongest piece posted for our school. When will the teacher be able to select that artwork?

    • Hi Lisa – If you are referring to the sample piece shown on each individual project, the teacher does actually have the option to select the preferred piece. It’s built into the project description.

Login to your teacher section. Click on the Projects icon. Select any project from your list. Click Edit Set-up. Here you can edit your title, description, media and other project details, including the sample artwork to show in your school gallery.
